All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or booking platform.
A valid payment method may be required to secure your booking.
Please ensure all booking details are accurate at the time of scheduling.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee or loss of deposit.
Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking access.
4. Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling to avoid disruption to other clients.
5. Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.
We accept approved payment methods available at checkout.

6. Membership Terms
Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
Benefits are valid only during the active membership period.
Unused services or sessions do not roll over unless stated otherwise.
Memberships are non-transferable.
Membership cancellations require a minimum of 7 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle.
7. Wet Room & Wellness Facilities
Use of sauna, steam room, cold plunge, and related facilities is at your own risk.
Clients should consult a healthcare provider before use if they have any medical conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse access if deemed unsafe.
8. Kid’s Club / Childcare
Childcare services are available based on your selected membership or specific services booked. Availability may vary depending on your appointment.
Our childcare service is provided for your convenience during your visit. Parents/guardians remain responsible for their children at all times.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue childcare services if necessary to ensure safety and a comfortable environment for all guests.
9. Health & Safety
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your service.
We reserve the right to refuse service if it may pose a risk to your health or safety.
10. Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable once performed.
